Terms & Conditions

By using our website, purchasing, renting, or subscribing to any RETNetworks product or service, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms (Sales & Services)

  • Acceptance of Terms: By completing a purchase, rental, or subscription with RETNetworks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
  • Payment Processing: All sales and subscription fees are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize RETNetworks to charge your card on file for all recurring and one-time fees.
  • Intellectual Property: All content on the RETNetworks site, including logos, text, and design, is our intellectual property.

2. Hardware Rentals

  • Ownership: All rented routers and associated hardware remain the exclusive property of RETNetworks at all times. Renters acquire no ownership rights unless the hardware is explicitly purchased out.
  • Damaged or Lost Equipment: Customers are responsible for the safe keeping of the hardware. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the customer may be billed for the full or partial replacement cost of the router.
  • Returns & Cancellations: Upon termination of the rental agreement, hardware must be returned to RETNetworks within the agreed timeframe. Failure to return the equipment may result in continued billing or a replacement charge.

3. Subscription Services

  • Billing Cycles: Subscription fees for services or managed hardware features are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Cancellations: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Fees are generally pro-rated, depending on the circumstances.
  • Service Interruptions: Subscriptions are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. RETNetworks disclaims all liability for claims regarding the availability or speed of network services that may rely on third-party providers. Tech Support should be contacted as a first option for troubleshooting.

4. Liability & Warranties

  • Hardware Defect Guarantee: RETNetworks will repair or replace any router that fails due to a manufacturer's defect at no additional cost during an active rental period.
  • Limitation of Liability: RETNetworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising out of the use, or inability to use, our equipment and services.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these agreements shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the local courts in your specific area of Florida.
